Delivery Manager (Contract Manager) - Utilities/Electricity industry knowledge
We are looking for an experience Delivery Manager/ Client Manager/ Contract Manager with a good understanding of the Electricity market, in particular the Master Registration Agreement (MRA).
Working for a leading Consultancy firm, you will provide market-level consultancy services relating to the multilateral customer switching agreement for electricity.
As Delivery Manager you will have excellent client skills along with the ability to lead a small team to delivery quality service to agreed SLA's and to make service improvements and recommendations to improve client satisfaction.
